GaMay 2017 is here!

About

GaMay is an annual month-long celebration of the wonderful, underrated grape varietal of Gamay, to benefit the Lustgarten Foundation.

Learn why Washingtonian Magazine thinks you should be drinking Gamay right now

GaMay began in 2015 as a tribute to Mark Kuller, a celebrated tax attorney turned restaurateur who passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2014. GaMay was created by Mark’s family, restaurant family, and extended DC restaurant community to celebrate his love of wine by introducing others to a gorgeous grape often overlooked, and like his cancer, discovered much too late.

GaMay proceeds are donated to the Lustgarten Foundation to Cure Pancreatic Cancer, which ensures that 100% of every donation goes directly toward pancreatic cancer research. In 2015, with the help of 25 restaurants, bars, wineries and distributors, and Ga May raised over $15,000 for this worthy cause. In 2016, GaMay raised over $20,000.

Impact

GaMay has raised over $35,000 for the Lustgarten Foundation since it was founded in 2015.
